Pastor Randall Rickner 

Pastor Randall Rickner has faithfully served in ministry for over 40 years, dedicating his life to preaching God’s Word and caring for people. He holds an undergraduate degree in Pastoral Theology and a master’s degree from Hyles-Anderson College, as well as an Educational Specialist degree from Pensacola Christian College.



Throughout his ministry, Pastor Rickner has served in a variety of roles, including pastor, Christian school ministry, bus director, and Sunday School teacher. His heart has always been to reach people with the Gospel and to help believers grow in their walk with the Lord.

He is grateful for the opportunity to serve as pastor of Faith Independent Baptist Church. His desire is to preach the Word of God clearly, strengthen families, and lead a church that honors Christ and welcomes all who come.


Pastor Rickner has been married to his wife, Janice, for 45 years. They have two adult children, Jennifer and Nathan, and are blessed with one granddaughter, Adalynn. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, running, and spending time with his family.

Assistant Pastor Nathan Rickner

Assistant Pastor Nathan Rickner is committed to serving the Lord and helping others grow in their faith.


He is a graduate of Hyles-Anderson College, where he earned a degree in Pastoral Theology and a master’s degree. Nathan has served in various areas of ministry, including Christian school education, coaching, youth ministry, and other roles that have allowed him to invest in people of all ages.


His passion is to encourage spiritual growth and help others develop a strong, personal walk with Christ.

In his role as Assistant Pastor at Faith Independent Baptist Church, he supports the ministry through preaching, teaching, and discipleship. His desire is to point people to Christ and be an encouragement to the church family. Nathan is grateful to serve alongside his father and the church family. He enjoys running, playing pickleball, and spending time with his wife, Mayra, and their daughter, Adalynn.
